Sephardic Adventure Camp 2024

Tuition:

Full Session: June 20th – July 9th:
(available to all campers entering 4th – 9th grade ) $3,600

CIT (Counselors in Training) Full Session: June 20th – July 9th: (available to campers entering 10th & 11th grade/go HERE for more info )

One-week Session: June 20th – June 27th (available to entering 3rd & 4th graders) $2,100

The fine print:  A $500 deposit (applied toward camp tuition) is needed to register.  Half of camp fees will be automatically charged on February 15th. The balance of camp fees will be automatically charged on April 15, 2024.  In the event of cancellation by the camp family before April 15, fees paid will be refunded less the deposit. For cancellations after April 15, 2024, 50% of fees are forfeited.  In the event of cancellation by the camp family after May 15th, 2024, all fees are forfeited.  Please note that in the event that SAC 2024 is canceled for any reason, the deposit and all fees are fully refundable.  

Discounts & Specials:

Super Early Bird Discount: $400 discount off full session tuition/$200 off one-week session. Must register by October 12. (Cannot be combined with New Camper Special).

Early Bird Discount:  $150 discount off of the full session tuition/$75 off one-week session if registered by December 18.

Instant Scholarship: $250 off tuition. If the cost of tuition is putting you just over the edge, select the instant scholarship option during registration to receive an additional $250 off your tuition. Available until January 1, 2024. This is an instant scholarship available to campers outside of Washington State and does not require a financial aid application. If you need financial assistance above this amount, a financial aid application is required. 

Pay in Full Discount:  $200 additional discount off of the full session tuition/$100 off one-week session if registered by January 18.*

New Camper Special: $100 discount off the price of the full session tuition if you register by Monday, March 18, 2024.  $50 off the price of the one-week session. (Cannot be combined with Early Bird discount). 

Ezra Bessaroth & Sephardic Bikur Holim Member Discount: $75 discount off of the full session tuition/$25 off of the one-week session tuition.

Out-of-Town Special: $200 discount off of each full-session tuition if you are flying in from out of town. 

Sibling Discount: $100 discount per camper off of each full-session tuition.

Camp Scholarships:

One Happy Camper Program:

Your camper may be eligible for a scholarship through the One Happy Camper program.  Eligibility requirements vary by community.  To check eligibility by region please go to:  https://www.jewishcamp.org/one-happy-camper/scholarships/

Washington State Scholarships:

One Happy Camper:  Residents of the State of Washington who are first-time campers may qualify for a One Happy Camper scholarship through the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle.  To check eligibility requirements, please go to  http://www.jewishinseattle.org/first-time-camper-incentive.

Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle Camp Scholarship Program: Washington State residents may qualify for a needs-based scholarship through the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle (JFGS) Scholarship Program.  Please note that Washington State families MUST first apply through the JFGS HERE before applying for a SAC Scholarship. The application deadline is as follows:

First Round Application Deadline:  March 8, 2024 at 11:59 pm PT

Second Round Deadline: April 19, 2024 at 11:59 pm PT

Application due dates listed above are strict deadlines and no extensions or exceptions will be granted.  Please note that all Federation scholarship awards are paid directly to SAC, and the award amount is then deducted from the tuition balance owed.  The tuition balance is due on April 15th or via installment plan (if pre-arranged through the SAC office).

Campers from Outside of Washington State:

If you live outside of Washington State, please contact your local Jewish Federation or Jewish Foundation for scholarship opportunities before applying for a SAC scholarship. Additionally, you may apply for a SAC scholarship with our Scholarship Application which you can download here: SAC Scholarship Application.   Send your completed application to office@sephardicadventurecamp.org.  

SAC Financial Aid Applications must be submitted by the following dates:

Round 1: January 30, 2024

Round 2: TBA

In the event that SAC cannot meet your financial need, we will refund your tuition in full, including the deposit.
